Job Summary

As River City Mortgage continues to grow nationwide, we are seeking motivated, competitive individuals to join our Consumer Direct Sales (CDS) team — a full-time, onsite role designed to launch and sustain a long-term career in mortgage sales. Your journey begins with a 4–6 month structured, cohort-based training program where you receive paid training, NMLS licensing support, and hands-on experience working with company–generated leads from day one. No prior mortgage experience is required. We hire for attitude and drive, and train for skill.

But CDS is more than a training program — it’s a long-term career track.

After licensing, team members transition fully into the CDS role, operating in a high-opportunity, lead-driven sales environment focused on internal lead growth and borrower retention. You will work directly with qualified company-provided leads, handling both refinance and purchase opportunities, and offering elite pricing. Whether helping a borrower lower their monthly payment through a refinance or guiding them through a home purchase, you will play a direct role in improving their financial future.

As the industry shifts toward a more favorable rate environment, refinance demand is expected to increase, creating substantial opportunity for motivated sales professionals. Combined with purchase business and strong internal marketing support, CDS representatives are positioned to capitalize on high-volume opportunity.

CDS representatives earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with exponential earning potential, including the ability to earn $200,000+ annually as production scales. With steady lead flow, structured coaching, and the ability to close a high number of transactions, top performers can grow their income rapidly.
